Mother's Day FAQs

When Will My Order Arrive?

Depending if you have selected Morning or All day delivery
Morning Delivery - 9-1pm
All Day Delivery - 9-4pm
Due to a high volume of orders on Mother's Day, we cannot provide or guarantee delivery times. If your delivery is scheduled to a business, please be sure to include business closure time in your special delivery instructions so we can do our best to accommodate. 

How Will I Know My Order Has Arrived?
You (the sender) will be notified via email when our drivers are 30mins away and again when your order has arrived. The email will be sent to the email address provided within your order. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for these email communications.

What if I have ordered Click & Collect?
You can collect your flowers from our Fremantle studio between 9-2pm on Sunday 12th May. Please note: There is no parking on site, please park across the road at Booyeembara Park. Follow the signage through garden gates.

Can I change my order / delivery address?
Unfortunately due to the capacity of orders, we are unable to make changes to orders, cards or delivery addresses after 12 noon Saturday 11th May.
If something has not gone to plan (i.e. the recipient will not be home), we recommend trying your best to make alternative arrangements (i.e. getting a friend or family member to collect the flowers).

What if the recipient is not home?
When delivering to a residential address and nobody is home, we will leave the order at the property. We will always find a discreet and shady spot for it, generally by the front door, and will leave the flowers in water.  The sender will be notified a delivery has arrived via email, and a proof of delivery image will be included in your delivery confirmation email.

What if we are unable to gain access to the property or the address is incorrect?
As per our T&Cs you may be required to pay a $5.50 re-delivery fee to have your flowers re-delivered if we are unable to gain access to the property or have been given an incompleete address. We recommened double checking delivery addresses and making contact with us before Sat 12pm if you anticipate any issues with this.

About your blooms
Our Double Posy will be made with only the freshest Australian Grown flowers available from our local growers leading up to the 12th May.
Therefore, the Posy pictured is an example. However, you can be assured that your Mother's Day Posy will be made with only the most beautiful and quality blooms.

Yes! Mother's Day delivery is available here until sold out!
