When Will My Order Arrive?
Due to a high volume of orders on Valentine's Day, we cannot guarantee delivery times, however, we're aiming to have all orders delivered between
8:30am - 4:30pm. If your delivery is scheduled to a business, please be sure to include business closure time in your special delivery instructions so we can do our best to accommodate.

How Will I Know My Order Has Arrived?
You (the sender) will be notified via email when our drivers are 30mins away and again when your order has arrived. The email will be sent to the email address provided within your order. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for these email communications.
Can I change my order / delivery address?
Unfortunately due to the capacity of orders, we are unable to make changes to orders, cards or delivery addresses after 12 noon Sunday 12th Feb.
If something has not gone to plan (i.e. the recipient has called in sick to work but you have ordered to their office), we recommend trying your best to make alternative arrangements (i.e. getting a friend or family member to collect the gift once it has been delivered to the work address).

What if the recipient is not present?
When delivering to a residential address and nobody is home, we will leave the order at the property. We will always find a discreet and shady spot for it, generally by the front door, and will leave the flowers in water. The sender will be notified a delivery has arrived via email, and a proof of delivery image will be included in your delivery confirmation email
About your blooms
Our Double Posy will be made with only the freshest Australian Grown flowers available from our local growers leading up to the 14th Feb.
