We will list all the flowers we are using each day on our social media accounts, and your bouquet will contain any combination of these blooms chosen at our discretion.

We aim to have all orders delivered by 4pm. We will do our best to accomodate time requests however we cannot guarantee it. We will let you know on the day of delivery if we cannot accomodate your request. If your request is urgent please call us. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate requests for delivery before 10am. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered.

We offer one standard size option, a small mixed bouquet of locally grown flowers and foliage. We also release a limited number of double posies each morning for delivery that day. Unfortunately we are not opening up double posies to preorders at this time. If you would like to send a different kind of gesture, we suggest adding one of our Australian made or designed gifts to your order. We stock a range of add ons from chocolate and organic tea to candles and Champagne.

We deliver fresh flowers and gifts around Perth every weekday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mothers’ Day and Valentine’s Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. As we are an online business, you can preorder at any time of the day.
Yes, we always give you the option to include a personalised message with your order. For $6, you can purchase a beautiful greeting card that comes sealed in a crisp white envelope, keeping your personal message private. Otherwise your message will come printed on one of our standard open note cards. Please ensure you sign off with your name, so your recipient knows who their delivery is from. We don’t include your name on the note unless you have written it in your message, as some customers prefer to remain anonymous.
We take orders for same-day delivery until 12.30 pm AWST but we recommend ordering in advance if possible. Orders placed after 12.30 pm will be delivered the next business day. We will notify you via email if you have missed the cut off and to let you know when you can expect your delivery to be made.
If your recipient isn’t home, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for the order at the address provided and will always leave flowers in water. If you have any special delivery instructions that would assist our driver ie. a code for an apartment building please let us know on the order page. If there is no safe spot for our driver to leave the flowers, please tell us what you’d like us to do in the Special Delivery Instructions. Before you order, please consider whether your recipient will be available to collect the delivery within a reasonable timeframe otherwise a workplace address may be better. If we are delivering to a hospital, have you given us the recipient’s full name and have you checked that the ward accepts floral or plant deliveries? Please provide as much information as possible to ensure we can make a successful delivery.
You can change your recipient’s address or any other order details before 9am on the day your order is due to be delivered. We cannot guarantee any changes requested after 9am because your order may already be on the road. If we discover during delivery that you’ve provided the wrong address, we will contact you and attempt a same-day redelivery at no additional cost if the correct address is within the suburb originally listed on the order. Unfortunately, our delivery drivers have other deliveries and operate on a tight schedule so we cannot send them too far off track. If re-delivery cannot be made that day, we can organise a freshly made posy to be sent the following business day, for a redelivery fee. This fee will be the original posy price, minus a 20% discount, as we understand these things happen. If you have ordered a potted plant or standalone gift set, we can redeliver the next business day for an additional $6 delivery fee only, as these products are non-perishable. We want your loved one to receive their order so please triple check their address is correct before ordering, including the unit or apartment number and provide us with as much information as possible to help us achieve a successful delivery.

Each week, fortnight or month, depending on the frequency you choose, a direct debit will be processed from the account used, and a new bouquet will be delivered to the recipient as per the details entered in the original order. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Please note subsequent deliveries will be delivered on the day payment is taken if the original payment was processed before 12.30pm or the next business day if after this time. Subsequent deliveries will not necessarily be delivered on the day of the week chosen as the subscription ‘start date’ but rather the day of the week payment was made.
For the lover of classic, understated beauty, our market bunch subscription is a single variety of beautiful local blooms delivered en masse. Our flowers change daily, depending on what is fresh and abundant at that time of year. Your bunch may vary in size depending on the value of the flowers we have on offer the day your delivery is due to go out. For example, you will receive a larger quantity of local snapdragon flowers compared with Tasmanian peonies as the latter are of a higher value. Not necessarily. If you have ordered in advance, your first mixed posy will be delivered on your chosen ‘start date’ and subsequent deliveries will be delivered on the same day the original payment was taken (if the original payment was processed before 12.30pm or the next business day if after this time), as this is when recurring payments will be taken. For example, if you order on Monday morning for your subscription to start on Wednesday your first posy will be delivered on Wednesday but subsequent posies will be delivered on Mondays when your account is debited. If you purchased a subscription to start today and your order was processed before our cut-off of 12.30pm, subsequent posies will be delivered on the same day each week.
If one of your subscription posies is due to be delivered on a public holiday or over the Christmas period, we will pause your subscription – or you can log on to ‘My Account’ and do it yourself – and it will be reactivated when we are back in the studio. You will receive your next delivery on the normal day the next week, fortnight or month. If you’re going away, you can log on to ‘My Account’ and put your subscription on hold until you return.
