We pick a new combination of beautiful flowers each weekday for you, using what’s fresh and in season. All you need to do is think about how big of a smile you want for the person receiving the delivery and we’ll do the rest for you.

Where do you deliver?2018-11-20T11:17:48+08:00

Almost everywhere! We deliver to more than 200 suburbs across Perth. A full list of suburbs we deliver to is available here. Please consider whether your loved one will be available to receive the flowers. If not, perhaps a work address is the best option. If your suburb isn’t listed, please keep checking back as we are adding to our route when we can. To avoid disappointment, please do not order for a suburb that isn’t listed without checking with us first.

What time will my posy be delivered, can I have them delivered at a certain time?2019-07-17T13:32:34+08:00

The majority of our orders are delivered between 1pm and 4.30pm. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate requests for delivery before 10 am. We will attempt to accommodate requests for morning delivery after 10 am but this isn’t always possible as we deliver in the morning to a limited number of suburbs only and these vary from day to day depending on our capacity. We will let you know on the morning of delivery if we can’t accommodate your request. If your request is urgent please call us. We can generally accommodate afternoon requests.

Our single posy is a beautiful gesture for any occasion for $37 including delivery. For a larger smile, we offer a gorgeous double posy at $74 and a breath-taking triple posy at $111, both including delivery. Our $148 arrangement is a real statement piece and includes a glass vase that your loved one can reuse for future The Little Posy Co. bunches! You can upgrade your flower bouquet size by checking the appropriate box on the order page.

Absolutely! We have a beautiful selection of curated gifts that can be added to any posy. From the classics like stone ground chocolate by Bahen & Co. and Moet & Chandon Champagne to beauty treats like our Bath Brew and Australian Native Treatment Set by Addition Studio to gifts for the home like coffee table books Leaf Supply and The Flower Expert, vases by Marmoset Found and our candle by Gascoigne & King, we have something for everyone. We deliver our flowers every week day, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mothers’ Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. As we’re an online business, you can preorder flowers at any time.

Yes, you can send a personal message by selecting ‘personalised message in sealed envelope’ from the ‘select your card’ drop down list when making your order. For $5, you will receive a beautiful greeting card with your message inside, sealed in an envelope for privacy. Alternatively, you can select ‘standard card’ from the drop down list and your message will be printed on a small open note card.

Please ensure you sign off with your name so your recipient knows who their bunch of flowers is from. We don’t include your name on the note unless you have written it in your message, as some customers prefer to remain anonymous.

Do you have an order deadline?2019-04-11T15:05:08+08:00

We take orders for same-day delivery until 12.30pm Perth time each day but we believe preordering your happiness is always the best option and you can do that any time of the day and night! Orders placed after 12.30pm will be delivered the next business day.

What if nobody is home?2018-11-20T11:29:38+08:00

We love nothing more than when we can hand your flowers directly to their intended recipient, so please take some time to find out if they’ll be available to receive the delivery and whether an alternative address ie. a workplace would be better. In the case where nobody is home, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them at the property listed on the order and will always leave the flowers in water. If you have any special delivery instructions ie. a code for an apartment building please let us know on the order page.

What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?2019-04-11T15:00:08+08:00

We want your loved one to receive their posy so please triple check their address is correct before ordering, including the unit or apartment number and provide us with as much information as possible to help us achieve a successful delivery.

If you provide us with the wrong address and we find out during delivery ie. someone answers the door to let us know, we will contact you and attempt a same-day redelivery within the same suburb at no additional cost. Unfortunately our delivery drivers have other deliveries and operate on a tight schedule so we cannot send them too far off track.

If no one answers the door, we have no way of knowing that the address is wrong so we’ll leave the delivery at the address listed on the order. It’s up to you if you want to pop over to collect the posy from the incorrect address.

If you choose to donate your gift to that stranger, we can organise a replacement posy the next business day. As we make the posies fresh each morning, the cost of sending a replacement posy will be the same as the original order minus a 20% discount because we understand that these things happen.

If you need to change your recipient’s address or any other order details, please contact us by 9am on the day your order is due to be delivered. Feel free to contact us up until 12.30am, though we cannot guarantee any changes after 9am because your order may already be on the road.

Can I order a flower subscription to start today?2018-11-20T11:34:27+08:00

We generally need at least a day’s notice to begin your flower subscription, so if you choose today’s date as a start date, we cannot guarantee your first posy will arrive that day. If it doesn’t, it will arrive the following business day.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?2019-04-15T16:50:41+08:00

Yes. We offer a recurring flower subscription, which you can choose to have delivered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged when each new posy goes out. Please email us to arrange at perth@littleposy.com.au.

What if a posy purchased as part of a subscription is due to be delivered on a public holiday, over the christmas period or while I’m away?2018-11-20T11:37:44+08:00

If one of your flower bunches is due on a public holiday or over Christmas, you’ll receive it on the next business day, and your subscription will resume on the normal day the next week. If you’re going away, send us an email and we’ll pop your flower subscription on hold until you return.

Posy Care

It is important to put your flowers in water as soon as possible.

Choose an appropriate vase for the size of your bunch.

Remove any greenery from stems so that no leaves will be submerged, then trim each stem so the posy fits your vase nicely.

Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, fireplaces or heaters and the fruit bowl.

Change the water and re-trim the stems every two days.
