The Little Posy Co. was built to deliver gestures of love and expressions of emotion between people, in a way that honours our natural environment.
Firstly, we would like to acknowledge the land that we work on each day is the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge the Whadjuk people as the Traditional Owners of the greater Walyalup area and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still important to the living Whadjuk people today.
Our flower bouquets celebrate the seasonality and fleeting beauty of flora. We bring together different flowers whose palettes and textures work both in contrast and in harmony.
We curate a different array of bouquets in one size each day to offer an affordable and environmentally responsible flower service for Perth. We choose what is fresh, in-season, and most of all, what we find beautiful. You’ll often see Australian natives in our bouquets, as to us they are captivating, otherworldly and tend to last long in a vase at home.
We use locally grown or Australian flowers only. Occasionally we will offer very special imported blooms such as Dutch peonies or cymbidium orchids. When ready to go, our dedicated fleet of drivers hand deliver our flowers with love to more than 200 suburbs across Perth.
The Little Posy Co. is owned and operated by Helen Pow Davies, a former journalist who learned the art of floristry whilst working at Pretty Streets Botanicals in Brooklyn, New York. Helen’s love for flowers stems from her nostalgia for the vast jasmine vine that grew in her gran’s front yard and her granddad’s garden roses, which he so loved that he transplanted each time he moved home.
We currently deliver to the suburbs listed below. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to suburbs not listed here because they are located too far from our base in Fremantle. We would ask you to please check with us via email before ordering for a suburb that is not listed here, as we do not want you to be disappointed.

We take orders until 12.30pm weekdays for same-day delivery but we always encourage pre-ordering a little further in advance where possible.
We offer a mixed flower bouquet for $37, a range of potted plants for $39 and a collection of gift sets from $39. Most days, we also offer a market bunch of something abundant and in-season. All prices include delivery, though a small number of further afield suburbs attract an additional delivery fee of $5.50.
We use a wide range of locally grown flowers for our bouquets. It feels right to us to support local farmers and their workers and avoid the carbon emissions associated with importing flowers from across the globe. Our plants are cultivated here in Perth for us and our range of gifts are mostly Australian made or designed, with the exception of our Moet & Chandon.
To complement our bouquets, potted plants and gifts, we offer a beautiful greeting card for $6 that comes sealed in a crisp white envelope, keeping your personal message private. Otherwise your message will come printed on one of our standard open note cards.

We want you to get the most out of your blooms. Here are a few easy things you can do to prolong the life of your flowers.
It is important to put your flowers in water as soon as possible.
Unwrap your bouquet and choose an appropriate vase for the size of your bunch. We recommend a vessel that has a narrow neck.
Remove any greenery from stems so that no leaves will be submerged, then trim each stem so the posy fits your vase nicely.
Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heaters and the fruit bowl.
Change the water and re-trim the stems every two days.
At The Little Posy Co. we’re very conscious of our social and environmental footprint. For us, sustainability means working in a way that is in harmony with the natural world, treating people and the planet with the utmost respect and constantly evaluating how we operate. We are committed to transparency and maintaining an ethical supply chain. We approach everything we do with longevity in mind, and this has been a part of our philosophy since we began.
We are proud to be a carbon neutral business. Each year, we measure our carbon footprint with the help of Pangolin Associates. First and foremost, we work hard to find ways to reduce our emissions or eliminate them where we can. Emissions we cannot eliminate, we offset by purchasing certified carbon credits.
Most of the flowers we use are locally grown here in Perth or the South West and our plants are cultivated to order for us in Perth. To supplement our local flower supply, we also use flowers grown in Victoria where there is a thriving flower farming industry. Occasionally, we will use very special internationally grown blooms such as Dutch peonies and New Zealand cymbidium orchids. Using primarily local flowers and working with Perth nurseries feels right to us as it reduces our carbon footprint significantly. It also means we are supporting local small businesses and their workers.
We wrap our bouquets in 100% recycled paper and use a commercially compostable BioPak container as a water source if we need to leave them by the front door.
We compost all of the green waste produced in the making of our posies. This has allowed us to reduce our general waste by more than half, diverting it away from landfill where it would have broken down into methane. All of our staff are encouraged to bring their own food waste from home to add to the green waste bin so it all gets returned to the soil.
We ask our suppliers to avoid plastic where possible and any soft plastics we do have we recycle through Redcycle.
We are lucky to have a beautiful, big bright warehouse that doesn’t require much light, so – we rarely turn on the lights!
Building supportive relationships with new growers to foster additional opportunities for local flower farms near to us.
Transitioning our warehouse to run off solar energy.
Upgrading delivery vans to electric vehicles.
Working with brands we stock to ship goods with Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation.
Installing a water tank so that we can capture any water that reaches our roof and use it for flower buckets.
We have donated more than $20,000 since our inception to support causes that feel important to us. We generally focus on social and environmental causes but occasionally cover other areas. Some of the charities we support are listed below:
